The Leaders For Tomorrow (LFT) program provides mentoring and tutoring for African-American males ages 12-18 in the south suburbs of Chicago.  The not-for-profit program offers a comprehensive 10-week program for the youth covering the following topics:

  • Leadership
  • Public Speaking
  • Career Exploration
  • S.T.E.M.
  • Financial Literacy
  • Peer Awareness
  • College Preparation
  • Tutoring

The Leaders For Tomorrow program meets on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month, beginning in January. The Leaders For Tomorrow program concludes yearly with a recognition banquet of scholarship recipients and participants in June. Leaders For Tomorrow provides college scholarships to graduating Leaders For Tomorrow high school seniors who have met the scholarship criteria. The Theta Mu Lambda charitable foundation funds the scholarships through donations and fundraising activities.
